Magee Financial of Hammond Announces Merger with First Financial Services of Hammond Unified Branch to Open January 2026 at West Morris Avenue Location

Hammond, LA-December 2025-Magee Financial of Hammond  today announced that it will merge with First Financial Services (FFS) of Hammond,  effective January 2026. As part of the transition, Magee Financial will relocate operations to the First Financial Services office at 1313 West Morris Avenue, Hammond, LA 70403, where both Magee and FFS customers will be served under one unified branch: Magee Financial- Hammond.

Leadership and staffing will remain consistent through the merger. The combined team, composed of employees from both organizations,  will continue offering the personalized,  relationship-driven service customers have relied on for decades. The unified branch will operate under the leadership of current FFS Branch Manager Mike Ciesiensky. Upon completion of the transition, Magee Financial's existing Hammond location at 221 E. Charles Street will permanently close.
